Milwaukee, WI June 8, 2021 – The communications team at MaxYield Cooperative of West Bend, Iowa was recognized for their outstanding work during the Cooperative Communicators Association’s (CCA) annual awards ceremony, held during the 2021 CCA Institute, June 6-9 in Milwaukee, WI.
Professional communicators representing more than 40 cooperatives from across the United States and Canada submitted nearly 500 entries in this year’s competition. The awards recognize the best in writing, photography, programs and projects, and publications.
The MaxYield communications team, consisting of Chad Meyer and Emily Campbell, won the following awards:
- First Place, Publications – Member Publication – My Solutions Magazine
- Third Place, Photography – Best Use of Photos in a Publication – My Solutions Magazine
- Third Place, Programs and Projects – Integrated Digital Campaign – MaxYield Intern Experience Campaign
CCA is the only professional communications organization dedicated to serving those associated with member-owned businesses. The Institute’s four-day educational program included a variety of professional development sessions ranging from effectively connecting with cooperative members to photography, video product tips, and sustainability workshops.
